CHECK FOR KYPHOSIS AND PALPATE
Check for Bowing and palpate for warmth
LIMB LENGTH DISCREPANCY WILL BE THERE YOU CAN ASK THE PATIENT TO WALK,
CHECK FOR BOWING (PAGETOID TIBIA), PALPATE, CHECK FOR SCARS FROM PREVIOUS JOINT
REPLACEMENT
Examination of 8th Cranial nerve is compulsory
Check Pulse, Collapsing pulse, order BP, Check Neck pulsation, Palpate and Auscultate (to r/o High output failure)
Optic Atrophy and Angioid streaks
